URINE DRUG SCREEN ENROLLMENT

If a court requires abstinence or orders a client to complete either random or fixed urine drug screens, the ASAP staff only need a copy of the order to begin. Please bring your order to the ASAP associated with your court. The fee for urine screens is $50 per screen (alcohol and drugs).
