When a person is arrested, the magistrate or judge can issue a personal recognizance (promise to appear) bond or a secured (money must be paid) bond for the person to be released from jail.
When released, the court can order a person to comply with bond supervision pending adjudication. This can include a multitude of conditions like general good behavior, curfew, urine/drug screens, protection orders, community service, remote alcohol monitoring, and more. When ordered to ASAP for bond supervision, staff will advise you of what parameters the court has ordered for your specific case.
